Are there additional services available?

A.

If you stay more than 7 days you can get fresh bed linen and a general cleaning (except the kitchen) for an additional price of 30 euro.

What are the booking conditions?

A.

To confirm the reservation, you will have to send a bank transfer for the amount of 30% of the total booking. The rest, plus a security deposit shall be paid in cash or by credit card at the time of handing over the keys. In high season, the minimum stay is 7 nights and the rest of the year, a minimum of 2 nights.

You can book via email but it only becomes effective upon receipt of the above mentioned prepayment and our written email confirmation, in which you will see all the details of your booking.

What rates are being applied?

A.

Rates depend on the capacity, location, size of the terrace and the season. It includes full equipment appliances, linens and towels, water and electricity.

Do you request a security deposit?

A.

You will have to leave a cash deposit of 200 euros upon delivery of the apartments. We will refund you this deposit upon completion of the contract and after having reviewed and verified the perfect condition of the apartment.

Can I change or cancel my booking?

A.

Any changes affecting your stay will be considered a cancellation and will be treated as a new booking. In case of definitive cancellation the conditions will be as follows: if you inform us 45 days before the foreseen arrival, you get back the full amount of the deposit. Between 21-45 days before, we keep 15%. Between 15-21 days before, 25%. Between 7-15 days, we have to take 50% of the amount. If you do not appear or do not come at the agreed date there will be no refund unless you provide exceptional evidence  and duly justified reasons.

How do I advise about my time of arrival?

A.

We kindly ask you to email us your approximate arrival time: if possible, one day in advance or at the beginning of your trip. Besides, in order to avoid delays, please call us a couple of hours before arriving and we will be waiting for you!
Check-in to the apartments will be between 16.00 and 21.00 hours. If you want to get the apartment before the scheduled time, let us know and, if the apartment is available, you probably will have the chance.
Arrivals after 21:00 hours will have an additional charge of 30 euros. The limit time to check-in is 23.00 hours.

What do we have to do on arrival?

A.

We will take you to the apartment and give you the keys. Once there, we will explain you how to operate the appliances and the equipment, if you need it, or we will solve together any questions that may arise. We will also provide you our temporary rental contract. Then it is time to agree and sign a copy! At this point, you will pay the deposit and the remaining open amount. We will also give us a contact phone number to enable you to get in touch with us whenever you should need our help.

How does the checkout work?

A.

We will proceed to the checkout and to collect the keys in the apartment at the agreed time. The departure time is between 8.30 and 11.30 hours. If you want to extend your stay and provided there are no guests arriving that day, you can stay in the apartment until 15.00 hours. After having checked the good condition of the apartment, we will refund you the security deposit and you will return us the apartment keys.

If you need to check-out before 8.00 A.M. or very late the previous night, the deposit will be refunded by bank transfer.
The apartments are handed over fully clean. You will have to leave the apartment in reasonably clean conditions (otherwise Moramar Apartments reserves the right to withhold part of the security concept to perform an aditional cleaning: the amount will depend on the cleanliness of the apartment.

What if I have problems during my stay?

A.

If there is something that is not working properly, or you break something, or in the event of any incident, you will have to get in touch with us as soon as possible by calling to the provided telephone number; you will always find someone and we will do our bes to find a solution or the answer.

What are the apartment rules?

A.

  1. At the time of booking you will have to specify the number of people who are going to use the apartment. This number may not exceed the maximum capacity allocated to each apartment, except for children under 2 years. In case of failure to comply with this obligation, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to terminate the contract and to request you to abandon the apartment, without any recourse or compensation.
  2. Parties are not permitted in the apartments. The noisy behaviour, loud music and parties are strictly forbidden. We appreciate your help at this point and hope that you will show respect for the rest of your neighbours.
  3. Please, no smoking inside the apartments.
  4. For your safety , we recommend that you always lock your apartment.
  5. Turn off the lights and the air conditioning before leaving the apartment. This helps to save energy and to protect the environment.
  6. We kindly ask you to take out the rubbish daily and on departure.
  7. Leave the apartment in the same condition you got it.
  8. The owner will not be liable for any direct or indirect damages that may occur during the period of accommodation, damage to people, possessions, theft, bad behavior, etc. The person signing the contract is responsible for the correct conduct of the persons accompanying him.
  9. Pets are not allowed.
